Dear Barkansas Family,
It is with heavy hearts that we share heartbreaking news. Over the weekend, our dear friends Justin and Edis tragically lost their lives on the lake.

Edis was a true force of love—she never met a stranger and dedicated herself to helping others. Justin was a forward thinker and community connector, always ready to lend a hand and inspire those around him. Together, they gave selflessly, even creating the lake maps we now share with you.

To honor them, we will have maps available at Camp Barkansas for $5, with all proceeds going to their families. Donations are also welcome. Please keep Justin and Edis, and their loved ones, in your prayers.
