Dad, we’ll always look up to you...

👀 Especially when you're eating.

🦴 And definitely when treats are involved!

Our campers kicked off the day with plenty of tail wags, zoomies, and happy reunions with their best furry friends!

Odin is currently available for a meet-and-greet at Camp Barkansas, and we invite you to come see for yourself what a special dog he truly is. He has a loving personality, enjoys being around people, and deserves a family to call his own.

A huge shoutout goes to our amazing Camp Barkansas team members, Paige and Ivy, whose compassion helped save these dogs' lives. When Odin and Freya needed a safe place, Ivy opened her home to Odin, while Paige welcomed sweet Freya into hers. Their kindness and dedication have given these dogs the love, safety, and care they deserve while they wait for their next chapter. 💛

🐶 A quick update on Freya: Freya is currently undergoing heartworm treatment while being fostered by Paige. She is not available for adoption at this time and likely won't be for at least a couple more months. There's also a chance she may have already found her forever home with Paige! We are so grateful she is receiving the care and love she needs during her recovery.

“We are from out of town and needed a safe place to have our puppy go for a few hours while the family took care of funeral arrangements. We are so happy to have found this place. We met a few customers that raved about this camp and could see when the dogs came in they were happy to be there. As for the staff... they were all outstanding, caring and were extremely helpful especially with our circumstances of being a short term customer. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you Camp Barkansas!!! ”
