It’s flea and tick prevention day!! 😱😱😳😬Also nail trim and ear cleaning☹️

I know I post the 🐓 chickens a lot but we’re also home to more than 50 cats 🐈‍⬛ 😳 That’s right! We have over 50 cats that call this sanctuary home 🏡 . Many have disabilities, medial issues, missing limbs or eyes, FIV and some are just, shall we say du*****es. 😆

Prevention meds 💊 are expensive💵💵!!I’m very grateful to work in veterinary medicine so I’m lucky enough to get samples from sales reps and that helps a ton!! But still we go through so many every month ! Their prevention meds makes it possible for the cats to go outside on their catio and their screened in porch.

We’re fundraising 💰 for flea and tick prevention expenses and for therapy for Astrid’s emotional damage suffered while helping me! 🤣 ( jk on the therapy part) well pay for that ourselves 😆
