Good Morning Everyone, just letting you know we are booked heavily at the puppy house. Mrs.Jay will be closing shop on Friday for her spring trip home. But the cafe is still open!

Today, Mrs. Jay has been hard at work making some special treats for everyone. She has fixed up some delicious potato soup and some fresh veggie soup, as well as a good helping of our macaroni salad.

We hope you'll stop in and visit us. Don't forget to try one of our spring lattes and an amazing sandwich.

Hello everyone! Hope you're enjoying this beautiful weather! The puppy house is still accepting a few appoitments for next week before we shut down for our spring break!

Today at the cafe, we have French Onion soup to pair with your to-die-for Bologna sandwich!

hey Pet Parent, just wanna let you know. We have plenty of openings this week for grooming appointments and for any new folk if you’re a little pup looks like any of these guys on the table right now completely matted up like a tornado hit them don’t be embarrassed don’t get upset. We’re not gonna judge you just bring your pup in and give us the opportunity to give your pup, comfort, and movability during that time so we have about 2 1/2 weeks right now to get everybody in and we will come up with a plan to help you take care of your puppy no matter what your medical situation is family situation is or any other stuff going on around you that will keep you distracted from taking care of your pup things happen we understand that’s why we don’t judge. We just try to help people out and get everything flying the right way so give me a call. Happy Tuesday Puppy Parents, just a reminder we do have some open Appoitments for the puppy house Wed-Sat.

Today at the cafe we are Happy To say we are embracing the warmer weather. We will have Vegi Soup and Cream of Mushroom! Both are delicious!

hey All, my pet parents just wanna let you know we have plenty of openings this week so give me a call so we can get those puppies booked and if your puppy is completely matted to the skin, you know that doesn’t scare us look at this poor little guy that came in this past week, his mom has been very ill and had a lot of tragedy in her family in the last couple months and she hasn’t been able to see us. This is the first time I’ve ever seen her pups in this state in her heart was almost broken, but I told her we don’t judge anybody just bring the puppies in and let us get them comfortable.

just an update
Today was the first day that I had a deposit placed on an appointment and I want to give a shout out to my husky mom she was very understanding and kind about the rationale behind the deposit
I explained that we have had so many missed disappointments and last-minute cancellations that it is tearing the shop apart. I do not want to go up on my prices so I’m starting to take deposits on all large dogs and any multiple dog grooming for one person I know this seems a little hard, but it’s either go up on everybody or do it this way to protect the Shop from massive loss

I will write out a complete policy on the deposit which does apply to groom and what happens when things are missed show up late and such of course emergencies will be taken on a case by case basis before any deposits are returned so give me a couple days to get this written out and I will post it for everyone and please do. Thank you for your understanding in the meantime and in the coming days
