🚨 Extreme Heat! 🚨

🌡️ The temperatures are climbing, and the heat can become dangerous for both people and pets.

🐾 Help keep your pets safe by:
• Limiting walks and outdoor play to the early morning or late evening.
• Providing plenty of fresh, cool water at all times.
• Making sure outdoor pets have access to shade and a cool place to rest.
• Avoiding hot pavement—it can burn paw pads in seconds.
• Never leaving pets in a parked vehicle, even for a few minutes.

⚠️ Watch for signs of heat exhaustion, including excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, or collapse. If you suspect your pet is overheating, move them to a cool area and contact your veterinarian right away.

Whether you're showing cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses, poultry, rabbits, or another project, we know how much hard work and dedication goes into preparing for fair week.

Do you love animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 to help care for our boarding pets and keep our clinic looking its best!

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
🐶 Walking, feeding, and caring for boarding animals
🧹 Cleaning kennels and maintaining a clean clinic environment
❤️ Providing compassionate care to our patients during their stay

𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔ A few weekdays between 3:30–5:00 PM
✔ Approximately 2 weekends per month (Saturday mornings, Saturday evenings, and twice on Sundays)
✔ Some holiday shifts
