Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary is a 501c3 that provides a safe haven for animals with no other home or shelter. We prepare animals for adoption by providing respite, rehabilitation and socialization. For those animals whose chances of adoption are reduced due to age, medical or emotional issues, Hallie Hill provides a loving Forever Home with the proper shelter, nutrition and medical care. We can’t

change an animal’s past, but we can rewrite their future. Hallie Hill helps Charleston to achieve the status of a No-Kill Community by working with local shelters and rescues to take in dogs that might not get adopted due to age, medical or behavioral issues. Hallie Hill has over 30 acres of land with large enclosures for dogs to live and play. Our facility features a pond for swimming, dog houses with straw and heat lamps, bedding, and individual pools to help keep animals comfortable.

Two adorable puppies are officially ready to begin the next chapter of their journey and find loving homes of their own.

Scrambles and Bacon have recently joined us at Hallie Hill, and while we are still getting to know all of their unique personalities, one thing is already clear: they are absolutely adorable and full of puppy charm. 🐶

These sweet pups are now available for adoption and are looking for families who can help them grow, learn, and thrive. As they continue settling into life at the Sanctuary, we will be sharing more about their individual personalities and preferences on HallieHill.com.

While they may be siblings, Scrambles and Bacon are looking for separate homes where each can receive plenty of individual attention, training, and love as they grow. 🏡✨

There is always something special about seeing a Hallie Hill animal walk out our doors and into a new chapter.

Today, we are celebrating Darling, Frankie, Gretchen, Xander, Barley, and CJ as they begin life with their forever families. 🐾

From cozy couches and sunny windows to family adventures and quiet companionship, each of these animals is starting a journey filled with love, comfort, and connection.

We are so grateful to the adopters who opened their hearts and homes to these wonderful pets. Watching animals find the people meant for them is one of the greatest joys of what we do.

🐱👑 Meet Charlie & King Tux 👑🐱

Two adorable kittens are ready to begin their next adventure, and they come with names that carry a little extra meaning. 💚

King Tux earned his royal title from our friends at Sly Penguin, who thought his handsome black-and-white coat looked perfectly suited for a king. With his dapper appearance and bright eyes, we have to agree. 👑

Charlie was named by our friends at Live 5 News in honor of Charlie Hall, the legendary Charleston broadcaster who became a familiar and trusted presence throughout the Lowcountry. 📺

While we are still getting to know these young kittens and discovering all the little things that make them unique, they are both officially available for adoption and looking for loving homes of their own. 🏡

Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing more about their personalities as they settle in and grow. In the meantime, you can learn more about Charlie, King Tux, and the other animals in our care at HallieHill.com.

There is nothing quite like seeing a Hallie Hill animal settle into the place they were always meant to be.

This week, we are celebrating the adoptions of WoolyBooger, Blue, Angel, June, Aimee-Leigh, Mocha, Simba, Archie, and Meadow! 🐾

Each of these wonderful animals has begun a new chapter filled with comfort, companionship, and the love of a family all their own. From cozy couches and sunny windowsills to long walks and quiet moments together, these are the happy endings we dream about for every animal who comes through our gates.

We are so grateful to the families who opened their hearts and homes to these deserving pets. Thank you for giving them the opportunity to write the next chapter of their stories surrounded by love. 💚

🐾🩺 Affordable Pet Care Is Coming Back to Hallie Hill 🩺🐾

We are excited to once again partner with PETSinc and their Affordable Mobile Veterinary Unit to bring accessible veterinary services to our community on Thursday, June 11. 💙

These monthly clinic days provide an opportunity for pet owners to access affordable surgeries, vaccinations, wellness services, and preventative care in a convenient and compassionate setting.

Whether your pet needs a spay or neuter procedure, updated vaccines, a wellness visit, or other veterinary services, the PETSinc team is here to help.

🏎 🐱 June New Arrivals: A Few New Feline Faces 🐱 🏎

The Hallie Hill family has grown once again, and we are excited to introduce some of the newest cats and kittens to arrive at the Sanctuary.

Please help us welcome Sally Carrera, Doc Hudson, King Tux, Woober, Cooter, Woolis, Charlie, and Lightning McQueen. 💚

From tiny kittens just beginning their journeys to adult cats looking for a fresh start, each one has arrived with a story that is uniquely their own. While they are still settling in and getting comfortable, our team is already hard at work helping them feel safe, cared for, and right at home.

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is watching these cats begin to relax, explore, and show us who they are. Some are curious adventurers. Some are professional nappers. Some are still deciding how they feel about all the attention. 😸

Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing more about each of these new residents as we learn about their personalities, preferences, and what kind of homes might suit them best.

Until then, we hope you enjoy meeting these sweet new faces and following along as their Hallie Hill journeys begin. 🐾

🐾💚 June New Arrivals: Meet the Newest Members of the Hallie Hill Family 💚🐾

Please join us in giving a warm Hallie Hill welcome to four of our newest residents: Chichi, Chico Jr., Bacon, and Scrambles. 🏡

These sweet pups have recently arrived at the Sanctuary, and while they are still settling into their new surroundings, we are already so happy to have them here.

One of our favorite parts of welcoming new animals is getting to know their unique personalities, quirks, and favorite things. Over the coming weeks, we will be spending time with each of them, learning what makes them special, and sharing those discoveries with all of you. ✨

For now, they are enjoying a safe place to land, plenty of care, and the opportunity to begin their next chapter surrounded by compassion and kindness.

🌈🖤 Remembering Molly 🖤🌈

We recently received a heartfelt update from Molly’s family, and while it came with sadness, it also came with so much love and gratitude.

Molly peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge at home after spending her final years surrounded by comfort, kindness, and the people who loved her deeply. Her family shared that one of Molly’s favorite things in the world was visiting the sandbar, carrying her beloved orange toy through the water, and soaking up every happy moment along the way. 🐾

We are incredibly grateful to the family who opened their hearts to Molly and gave her such a beautiful final chapter. Stories like hers remind us just how meaningful adoption can be, especially for senior animals who still have so much love to give.

Thank you as well to Molly’s adopter for sharing her journey with us and for giving her the peaceful, joy-filled life every dog deserves. She was clearly treasured beyond words. 💛

Run free, sweet Molly. You were so very loved.
