2013 APHA large pony mare who is a great-granddaughter of Secretariat! This pony was purchased by a client with hopes of being a family/kids pony, and it has become clear that asking her to fill that role is truly doing her a disservice. She is too athletic, too bold, and too opinionated for that job.
She is a fancy mover, extremely brave, and absolutely loves to jump. Started on the barrel pattern before she came to us, but clearly better suited for the English world, she has eventing potential written all over her. She has been started on lead changes and can get them in both directions, though they still need polishing.
This mare is very pushy on the ground and requires a handler who is confident and not afraid to set boundaries. Under saddle she is forward, fun, and athletic, but she is NOT for kids or timid riders. Zero buck, rear, or spook, truly a lovely ride, but best suited for a scrappy junior or competent petite adult amateur looking for a bold partner.
