Patiently waiting! Kelloggs and Jacks are still waiting for their forever family!

They are both feline leukemia positive, but they are showing no symptoms at this time.

They have been in the rescue for almost 2 years and deserve a home of their own! If you happen to have a house with no cats in it or house where cats are vaccinated and you’re interested please reach out to [email protected] for more information!

We all personally think it should be BMOs time! He came from a trailer with about 20 other cats. Rescues had come in and cleared out all of the social ones. We were brought the ones that were on social, and would likely be euthanized. All six of them have flourished and become amazing cats. BMO is special because he talks with his mouth and his ears!

Think about bringing BMO home! He could easily change your life!

Myra Remains needs your help! She has a broken hock and her tail was severed, some how! A local rescue reached out for us to help her! Help us, help her! She will need kitten food (wet or dry)which we are very low on! Non-clumping litter will be used after surgery, any kind! Hoping to have this kid ready to go for adoption soon!

😂🐈 LET’S TALK ABOUT OUR WEIRD CATS. 🐈😂

You know… the ones who share our homes, pay absolutely ZERO rent, and somehow have US convinced that WE are the weird ones. 🤣

Does your cat:
🐾 Scream at you like you’ve never fed them a day in their life?
🐾 Knock everything off the counter while making direct eye contact?
🐾 Drink out of the toilet but refuse perfectly good fresh water?
🐾 Run through the house at 3 AM like they’re being chased by demons?
🐾 Suck on blankets, lick plastic, or eat things that absolutely aren’t food?
🐾 Sit in the ONE box you need instead of the 17 cat beds you bought?
🐾 Follow you to the bathroom because apparently you can’t p**p alone? 🚽

We KNOW your cats have some questionable habits. 😂

👇 DROP YOUR CAT’S WEIRDEST, SILLYEST, OR MOST UNHINGED HABIT IN THE COMMENTS!

Bonus points if you have a photo or video documenting the chaos. 📸

Let’s see which one of our feline friends deserves the title of MOST UNHINGED CAT OF THE YEAR. 🏆🐈‍⬛

🐾❤️ DID YOU KNOW? Animals May Be Able to Smell Cancer! ❤️🐾

Our pets are pretty incredible, but did you know their noses may be capable of detecting things we can’t even see?

🐶 Dogs can smell changes in our bodies! Research has shown that specially trained dogs can detect certain cancers by identifying unique odors associated with chemical changes in the body.

🐱 Cats are incredibly observant, too! While there is less scientific evidence that cats can reliably detect cancer, they can notice subtle changes in our scent, behavior, body temperature, and daily routines.

🐾 How is this possible? Many illnesses can cause changes in the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) our bodies release through our breath, skin, and other bodily fluids. Dogs have an extraordinary sense of smell that allows them to detect some of these changes.

❤️ So, the next time your pet won’t leave your side, take a moment to appreciate just how amazing they are. Animals can notice things about us that we might not even realize ourselves!

Of course, our furry friends aren’t a substitute for medical testing, and unusual behavior doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong. But their incredible senses are just another reminder of how special the bond between humans and animals can be.

🐾 At Pawsitive Cause, we already know animals are amazing. They deserve our love, protection, and compassion just as much as they give us theirs!

Tell us in the comments: Has your pet ever acted differently around you when you weren’t feeling well? 👇❤️

🐾 THE CAT BEHIND THE CAGE. 🐾

Behind every cage door is a cat with a story. ❤️

Some were abandoned. Some were found outside, just trying to survive. Some lost the only home they ever knew. Others have never experienced what it feels like to be truly loved.

But they all have one thing in common: they deserve a chance.

At Pawsitive Cause, we work every day to give these cats the medical care, safety, and love they deserve. But we can’t do it alone. 🐾

🏡 Share our adoptable cats to help them find their forever homes.
❤️ Consider fostering to give a cat a break from shelter life.
🐈 Volunteer your time.
💗 Donate to help us continue caring for cats in need.

Even if you can’t adopt, you can still make a difference.

Today, we challenge you to share one rescue cat’s story. You never know who might fall in love with them. 🐾

Thank you for being part of our village. Every share, every donation, and every act of kindness matters.
