We’re always looking for ways to bring better care, better techniques, and an even better grooming experience to our clients—and that means continuing our education! 🎓✂️🐶

This year, Fur Around and Find Out Mobile Dog Grooming attended SUPERZOO in Las Vegas, one of the largest pet-industry events in North America! 🎰🐾

Our time at SUPERZOO was about so much more than checking out the latest products. We attended continuing education classes, grooming seminars, demonstrations, and industry events, while learning about new techniques, tools, products, safety practices, and trends within the professional grooming and pet-care industry.

🏃💨 Why Does My Dog Get the “Zoomies” After a Bath? 🛁🐶

Does your dog race around the house like they’re training for the Olympics the moment bath time is over?

Don’t worry—you’re not alone!

Those sudden bursts of energy are often called the “zoomies,” and they’re completely normal for many dogs.

So why do they do it?

🐾 They’re excited!
After standing still for a bath, your dog may simply be happy to move around again.

🐾 They’re trying to dry off.
Running, rolling, and rubbing on furniture or carpet can be their way of getting rid of excess moisture.

🐾 They’re resetting their scent.
Dogs experience the world through smell. Even if we think they smell amazing after a bath, they may prefer their own natural scent and instinctively try to bring it back.

🐾 They’re feeling good!
A clean coat, loose undercoat removed, and itchy skin relieved can leave your dog feeling refreshed and full of energy.

The good news?
