We’ve recently experienced a significant increase in missed appointments and cancellations without prior notice. This has created delays for those who are trying to get in and have been waiting for available spots.

We kindly ask that if you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer that time to another client in need. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

The office will be CLOSED from 12:15pm-130pm tomorrow (5/8/25) for training. The phones will be off during this time.
Please plan accordingly for any food/med pickups, we are happy to arrange payment and place items on our sidedoor for your convenience.

Just a friendly reminder to our clients…

We have had 113 no shows/cancellations last month alone 😬😬 ⚠️⚠️

Recently, we have been experiencing extremely high volume of no call/no-show appointments. We understand that things come up and you aren't always able to make your scheduled appointments. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we would prefer a courtesy phone call at least 24 hours before hand. (Even a call the day of the apt is better than no call at all 🐶🐈‍⬛) This allows us to accommodate other sick patients who may need prompt medical care.

We are trying to avoid implementing a no show policy. We thank you for your understanding!
