We are in-home breeders of quality Mini Australian Shepherds (AKC recognizes the breed as Mini American Shepherds) in Holcombe, Wisconsin. Parents are raised on-site & are well acclimated to cattle & horses for herding purposes. Females are housed in our home in their own comfy area during whelping, as well as the entire nursing period. Puppies live in our home in a designated spot in the lower le
vel; they have a penned in area to sleep & eat, and are introduced to the outdoors for potty training & playing where they have another penned off area just for them. Puppies start weaning at 6 weeks of age, at which time they will have their 1st set of vaccinations, and are available after 8 weeks of age. Puppies will come to you with a care package which consists of a gender-appropriate collar (no leash), toy & blanket with their mother's scent, and a baggie of food they were started on. Puppy's tails are docked, and dew claws removed within three days of birth.
$200 non-refundable deposit will hold your choice of puppy; balance due in full before you can take your puppy. If you want to pay with PayPal contact us and I can email you an invoice for the price of the puppy plus 4%. We currently own a black bi female, with brown eyes, a black tri female with blue eyes (one is marbled!), and a red Merle male with blue eyes, and a red tri female with hazel/amber eyes! Registration affiliations are CKC, ASDR, AKC Foundation Stock, and MASCUSA (Miniature American Shepherd Club of the USA).
