If you haven’t already, please update their client info and review and sign the updated policy forms prior to booking appointments. This can be done online by following this link.

Please remember I’m a one person show and at times I need to reschedule appointments due to medical appointments and other life happenings that come up. Getting on the schedule now guarantees you have a spot for the year and if rescheduling needs done at a later date I will find a spot to get you in. I anticipate my schedule to max out quickly again this year so please don’t hesitate getting on the schedule.

Friendly reminder that payment options are cash, card and Venmo. Payments can be made online if needed, however payment is needed prior to pickup so please make arrangements ahead of time.
