Golden Leash animal lover, no cages. We treat animals as small children giving them the upmost care, love and attention. Able to care for all needs of your pet.

They are never left alone and always get our full attention. Walks, play, brushing, bathing, medicine, special feeding. Your pet will be family to us and we care about their well being. Many references and reviews available. We will make them comfortable and feel like they are at home. We are ALWAYS HOME. Your pet gets lots of love and attention. I work from HOME. My husband and I are always home.

Your babies will not be crated and have free run of our home. We clean our floors and home repeatedly to keep it cleanly for everyone. Bathroom breaks at least every hour. Have covered patio with ceiling fan and floor fans. Baby pool for those who want to get in. Extra large umbrella for extra shade. If your pet is outside so are we. If your babies are in our large gated/fenced yard then we are out with them, they are not left unattended. We never leave boards alone at any time. One of us are always will them. Please contact us and do a meet and greet to see for yourself. We will keep in contact with you so you know how your pets are doing. We wash all dog blankets/bedding daily and have many dog beds but you can bring yours so your pet feels more at home. We adhere to your animals feeding schedule and any other requirements or instructions you may have. We do not want to disrupt your pets routine. We want your pets stay to be stress free and returned to you in the same, if not better, manner and disposition.

Friday April 17 2026 Kehma went over the rainbow. We were honored to have cared for and love on her for over 6 years. She is one of our babies and her passing has devastated us as well leaving another hole in my heart.

I try to take comfort in that I know she is with all the rest and was also there to greet Roxie.

Thank you Tina Wade for sharing your babies with us all these years and the two beautiful gifts you gave us. I love the picture and paw print of Kehma. This means so much to us.

Thank you for the beautiful chime you got us. I love the quote on it. “Hear the wind and think of me in your heart”

These both brought me to tears. They mean so much and I miss them all.

Thank you Sheila Hunt for the gorgeous flowers you and your precious babies, Becca and Lexi, sent. I'm so grateful they were with us and Roxie on the 22nd and through the morning of the 23rd.

They've always shared a special bond with Roxie. The first thing Lexi would do was jump onto the chair, so she would be at Roxie’s face so she could give her tender kisses and gentle paws on her face.

Max is looking for a new home. He is a beautiful lab we board but his owners are moving and unable to take him as the place they will live will not take a dog this size.
