Our 3,400 square foot indoor/outdoor facility with a fenced in and turfed outdoor play area that provides the best of both dog worlds where each day is structured with organized daily activities, plenty of fresh air and outdoor potty breaks. Best of all at the end of the day when you pick up your dog you will be happily greeted by a fulfilled worn out pup ready to go home and relax with you! Becky Fischer is the owner! She is an extremely friendly and personable woman with a dream to have the best Dog Day Care in the Portland area. Becky focuses on keeping an extremely clean and safe work environment, taking every precaution to accept only the best dogs! She has already been in business for over 3 years! Over those 3 years she has seen a great increase in her customer base and looks forward to constantly improving and expanding an already flourishing business! Becky is proud to announce adding on a new expansion to our outdoor play area this spring/summer, which will give our staff the ability to even better cater to different dog play styles and habits. Becky has 4 dogs: Belle- an 8 year old Great Pyrenees mix, Duke- a 10 year old Shepherd mix, Wendy- a 4 year old Cavalier/Sheltie mix, and Piper- a two year old Sheltie. Taryn Abel was with DDO when we very first started 3 years ago. Taryn left for a little while to pursue other adventures, Managing a local UPS Store and going to school full time and attaining her degree in Medical assisting. Taryn couldn't stay away from DDO for too long and retuened January of 2012, and is now our Manager. Someday in the future Taryn hopes to join her dog and medical experience to pursue a degree in the Animal Health field.Taryn does not have a dog, but does have an 8 year old cat that she has raised from 3 weeks old. Taryn is also expecting a baby this coming July 2014! Congratulations Taryn! Kim has been with DDO for a little over a year now, first starting off in a volunteer program and showing so much love and compassion for the dogs that we just couldn't let her go! Kim is a mother of 3 teens and looks forward to coming to work to play with the dogs everyday. Kim always makes sure to give equal love and attention to all of the dogs as if they were her own children. Kim has 2 dogs; Brody- a 10 year old Pekingese with only one eye, and RoxAnne- a 4 year old Shih-Tzu.
