I always keep my brood animals cut down but with this crazy heatwave making its way through northwestern PA I gave everyone an extra good trim today. Red supervised me cutting all 25 of them down šŸ¤£ā¤ļø The lions are not in any kind of temperature control so this winter they had to deal with the extreme cold for weeks on end and this week they get to deal with the heat šŸ„µ

Blessed to win open best in show A under Bill Bramble with Pride Rockā€™s Tammy McCarthy (REW doe) at the inaugural show for the Meadville rabbit club! What a wonderfully ran show! From the location (close to a 7brew šŸ˜‰ā˜ŗļø), the building, and how efficient they ran over 1200 rabbits across the tablesā€¦if you werenā€™t able to make it out this year mark it down as a show to come to next year! This buck has a ton of wool. He is nice short and round. He has a lot of flesh over his pins but I would fault him for being slightly undercut and not full down to the table. 2ļøāƒ£5ļøāƒ£0ļøāƒ£ I can bring him to mini convention in Columbus OH this weekend.
