The thunderstorms stayed at bay for us today!

We really enjoyed having everyone out and are so thankful to Mrs. Amy Hays for sharing so much knowledge and helping these riders build new skills and confidence. 🏹🐴

We were also lucky to have the talented Miss Lacey Rogers hanging out with us for the day!

Thank you all for coming and making it such a fun day! We can't wait to do it again. ❤️

🐴 Little Kids Summer Camp With Ponies is less than 2 weeks away ☀️

In a world where so much childhood happens indoors and on screens, camp gives kids a chance to slow down, get outside, and experience something real.

They’ll spend their mornings:
Riding ponies, learning how to groom and care for horses, building confidence, making friends, playing, exploring, and creating memories.

There is something special about watching little kids grow through hands-on experiences with animals. Horses teach patience, confidence, responsibility, and courage in ways that are hard to explain until you see it happen.

💕 Spots stay intentionally limited so each child gets plenty of support and attention.

Ages 4–7
📅 June 8th–12th
⏰ 8 AM – 12 PM

➡️ 20-30 minutes from Yulee, Callahan, St. Mary's, & Kingsland.

These girls were excited to pick some berries after their lesson after eyeballing them the whole time. 😆

Now the real question is… what do you think Forrest is thinking?

Thank you to everyone who took the time to come out, meet the horses, tour the farm, ask questions, and spend part of your Saturday with us at Prince Equestrian Sports yesterday at our Open House.

I was so busy talking horses the whole time that I didn't get any pictures, so here’s a photo of one of our sweet school horses, Forrest.

The barn is my happy place. 💓

The horses, the peace that comes with barn life, and watching riders grow in confidence, knowledge, and connection with the horses… that is why I love sharing this place with others.

Tomorrow is our Open House at Prince Equestrian Sports, and I’m looking forward to welcoming new faces to the barn.

This is a chance to see what we’re about, meet the horses, learn more about our lesson program, camps, and horsemanship-based approach.

You know anytime I tell my students, “Let’s play a game,” or “I have a surprise for you,” they never quite know what they’re about to get themselves into. 😂

It could mean rolling dice to see how many minutes of two-point they have to hold… or getting quizzed on horse knowledge and horsemanship skills.

Today at Homeschool HorseClub, the “game” was Pony Pictionary! 🐴🎨

Honestly, I was so impressed with their creativity and their level of knowledge. One of the words was “farrier”. The person who trims and balances our horses’ hooves every 5–7 weeks, applies shoes when needed, and helps keep our horses comfortable, sound, and going strong.

Meanwhile, our younger group was out with Miss Skylee learning about “horse talk”. How horses communicate through their ears, eyes, facial expressions, and body language. 🐴👀

The drawings and guesses were hilarious and creative, but I also love moments like this because it shows how much these kids are truly learning beyond just riding. ❤️

Join us for a special mounted archery clinic with experienced instructor Amy Hays!

Whether you are looking to sharpen your mounted archery skills or try it for the very first time, we have a group for you.

⚔️ Advanced Group | 9:00 AM–11:30 AM
For experienced riders with previous archery experience. Riders must independently walk, trot, and canter. Limited to just 5 riders for more individualized instruction.

🏹 Beginner / Intro Group | 1:00 PM–3:30 PM
Perfect for riders new to mounted archery or archery from horseback. Some riding experience required. Great for those wanting more ground practice and confidence-building. Limited to 6 riders.

✔ Equipment provided
✔ Small-group instruction
✔ Supportive, hands-on learning environment

The barn has always been my happy place ❤️🐴

There is just something about being around horses that brings a sense of peace and quiet that is hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it yourself. Horses have been my life for as long as I can remember, and getting to share that with others is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
