Chloe Update❤️

She continues to bloom here on the farm, learning to be an awesome little helper. She is learning how to help put the chickens back to bed after their daily range expeditions.
Kitties in the house are great pals; kitties outside the house are a game of wits. She is very hard on the barn kitties, and I keep a close eye on her interactions with the cats.

Chloe is starting to slowly trust new people. She is finally starting to trust me enough to explore new people that we meet. On her terms and very cautiously. Progress nonetheless!

Chloe continues to hold tight to her bond with the home-dog. She continues to look to Gypsy for her safety cues.

All in all, Chloe continues to progress slowly but surely. She needs a home with lots of room to run, one in which she will have a job, and one in which her humans will understand her need for gentle pushes out of her comfort zone and constant support to remind her that the humans have her back.

🎤 Interview with Louie 🖤🤍

So Louie… how would your friends describe you?
Oh, easy. Fun. Smart. Handsome. Extremely talented. Probably “the life of the party,” if we’re being honest.

What are your hobbies?
I enjoy toys, adventures, learning new things, hanging out with other dogs, making people laugh, and looking adorable in basically every situation.

What’s your ideal home?
Somewhere active where I get to be involved in things. I’m not really a “watch life from the couch” kind of guy. I want to go places, learn stuff, play, and then crash next to my people afterward.

How do you feel about other dogs?
Big fan. Love ’em.

What about training?
Love that too. I’m smart and like having something to do. I’ve even started agility obstacles, which makes me feel very athletic and important.

Any special talents?
Excellent recall. Professional toy enthusiast. Expert-level happy face. Also very skilled at convincing people to pet me.

Anything else people should know?
Yeah… if you’re looking for a dog with personality, joy, and a whole lot of heart, I’m probably your guy. 💙

💗 Meet Hildie — A Gentle Soul 💗

Hildie is the kind of dog who quietly works her way into your heart. Sweet, soft, and incredibly lovable, she has a gentle presence that makes home feel calmer just by being there.

She adores other dogs and takes comfort in their company. Hildie is also wonderful for baths and grooming — patient, cooperative, and easygoing once she trusts the routine.

Like many sensitive dogs, Hildie is still building confidence with certain things. Having a collar or leash put on can feel scary to her, so she’ll need a patient adopter who understands that trust is built gently and at her pace. She also has a bit of barrier reactivity — she may bark or react behind a gate or barrier, but once the barrier is gone, her soft, affectionate personality returns almost immediately.

And treats? Hildie thinks treats are VERY exciting.

💛 Hildie Is Soft-Hearted, Gentle, and So Ready to Bloom.

Hildie is the kind of dog who quietly works her way into your heart. She has a gentle soul, a soft nature, and a sweetness that shines brighter the more comfortable she feels.

She’s wonderful with other dogs and enjoys the comfort of canine companionship. Around the house, Hildie has an easy, peaceful presence and is surprisingly cooperative for baths and grooming — calm, patient, and trusting once she settles in.

Hildie has made beautiful progress, but she’s still learning that the world is a safe place. New experiences can make her unsure at first, especially things like having a collar or leash put on. She’ll need a patient adopter who understands sensitive dogs and is willing to move at her pace while continuing to build her confidence.

She also has a few “barrier quirks.” Behind a gate or barrier, Hildie may bark or react, but once it's removed, she quickly relaxes back into her normal, sweet self. Underneath it all is a very soft, loving dog who simply needs reassurance and understanding.

And treats? Hildie absolutely adores them. She gets a little enthusiastic about taking snacks, which just means she’ll enjoy continuing to learn gentle manners with her future family. She’s very food-motivated and eager to connect.
