Loving Pet Project NC - LPPNC

Our focus is providing financial aid for spay neuter. We are hoping to make even more of a difference in the community by going to the root of the problem.

We are dedicated to take back any pets who have been adopted from us over the years 2019 - LPIA is making some changes. We will be focusing on providing financial aid for spay neuter and medical needs, not on adoptions. We will take in the occasional pet in need if we have a foster home available. We are dedicated in taking back any pets who have been adopted from us over the years. LPIA rescues a

bandoned, breeder, puppy mill and shelter dogs, takes care of their veterinary and rehabilitation needs and adopts them to stable, loving homes where they are thought of as a beloved member of the family. We strive to find the best possible match for the pets in our care. We also promote and provide spay/neuter assistance to the community. Spay/neuter is the ONLY answer to the pet overpopulation problem.

We just love getting updates from LPPNC alumni. Libby was an extra special pup. We will never know what she went through, but it is not stopping her now!

From her mom -
I wanted to check in and let you know how Libby is doing after her first year with us. She’s half Warrior Princess and half Snuggle Bunny. But she’s 100% happy and healthy. If you remember, she went through some tough times before she was found last July 4th. But that is all behind her. The vet says she’s doing great and I believe it. She runs around like lightning even on 3 legs, and we are so very blessed to have her in our lives. Thank you for the great work you do. We appreciate you making it possible for Libby to be part of our family.

An update on JJ the little Wild Man🧡

He was neutered one week ago and handled everything like a champ! He was an angel during his first car ride and got lots of sleep in his comfy bed as he recovered. He is using his litterbox like a perfect gentleman and spends his days napping in his window bed in the sun😎 he is slowly figuring out how to play with toys! He absolutely adores attention and his 2 favorite times of day are breakfast and dinner🤪

It is really hard to believe he is the same little dude that was wandering my road for about 8 months. Safe to say he MUCH prefers the lavish life. He has come so far and has so much love to give❣️

He is STILL AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! My indoor girl is a single cat only and has kindly let me know that she is not accepting new roommates at this time🤦🏻‍♀️ he does great with other cats (even the witchy ones like mine) and i think he would be good with FRIENDLY dogs.

He is a sweetheart and deserves a permanent home with his permanent person🧡

Huge thank you to Greensboro Running Club !

Each year, GRC hosts their Miles of May-hem virtual challenge, encouraging participants to see how many miles they can complete during the month of May. For just $10, runners join the fun — and 10% of proceeds go to a chosen charity.

This year, they selected Loving Pet Project NC as the beneficiary, and their generous $480 donation covered all of the vetting/spay costs for our newest rescue, Cricket — seen in the photos below! 🐾💚
