Today on we are featuring What better day to feauture after a game 2 win for the a fellow NY breeder even though he is 8 hours from me lol!
I met Nick for the first time 2 years ago at the best reptile show in 2024. That was the first year that debuted. Nick had won best in show with his gecko Smokeshow. Which is such an insane tri color, definitely well deserved. That wasn't what stood out about HKD to me. Nick was the nicest guy to talk to and super humble. Another person that when you first start talk to them that they are genuinely a nice person and not someone trying to talk you up. Him and his son were definitely two people that made that weekend an unforgettable one. Through out the last couple years I watched how much he has grown since then and really stepped it up in his productions and collection of geckos. He is always looking to improve which every breeder should strive to do. Even winning best in show he still is looking to be better!
