Smokey’s first groom was a success! ✨

This sweet boy did SO good for his very first spa day, and we couldn’t be more proud of him!

Starting grooming early is one of the best things you can do for your pup! Regular visits while they’re young help them get comfortable with the sounds, tools, handling, baths, and dryers—making grooming a much happier and less stressful experience as they grow. 🫧

The goal of those first few appointments isn’t perfection—it’s helping your puppy learn that grooming is a safe and positive experience! 🥰

Do you love dogs and want to spend your workday surrounded by them?! 🐶

Furever Pet is looking for a Part-Time Daycare Attendant to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable and confident around dogs, dependable, hardworking, and of course… someone who LOVES pups of all shapes and sizes!

🕐 Availability: Monday–Friday, between 7:15 AM–6:15 PM
🐾 Part-Time: Approximately 15–20 hours per week
✨ Must be 18 years or older

Pups, community & a 5K… who’s in?! 🐾👟

Furever Pet Social is heading to the Ruff, Ruff, Run 5K & Dog Festival hosted by Hickory Parks, Recreation & Sports Tourism! We’d LOVE to have a group of our Furever Pet friends & pups join us! 🩵

Whether you want to run, walk, or hike the 5K with your pup, or you just want to come watch and enjoy the Dog Festival afterward, everyone is welcome! 🐶

Details:

📅 Saturday, September 26th
📍 Winkler Park | Hickory, NC
🐾 Dog Festival: 10 AM–1 PM
🏃 5K Starts: 11 AM
🎟️ Registration: $30

*Get your tickets before September 13th!

Registration increases to $35 after September 13th, AND everyone registered by then is guaranteed an event T-shirt in the size they choose! 👕

The 5K is dog-friendly, but you do NOT have to run with a dog to participate! Dogs participating must be leashed, under control, and have proof of rabies vaccination. 🙌🏼

There will be food trucks, live music, dog vendors, demonstrations, and even post-race yoga with your pup! The Dog Festival is FREE to the public!! 🎶

This fall, we’re switching things up and heading to Blowing Rock for a Fall Adventure Hike with our pups! 🐶

Get ready for mountain views, exploring, and a fun day spent with fellow dog lovers. 🩵

📍 Moses H. Cone Memorial Park — Blowing Rock, NC
🗓️ Saturday, October 17th
🕙 Meet at 10 AM
🥾 Wear comfortable hiking shoes
💧 Bring water for you + your pup
🥨 Pack snacks & dog treats

A little heads up: unlike our usual Social walks, we don’t have a set end time for this one! We’ll be hiking and enjoying the trail at our own pace, so we’re not quite sure what time we’ll be finished. 🍂
