WEDNESDAY WISH LIST

This week at GFAS, we are in need of canned cat food (pate), dry cat food, butcher bones and kongs.

GFAS also accepts gift cards. Some places we shop at are Morristown Fuel Supply, Heuvelton Farm & Garden, Tractor Supply Co, Harbor Freight, Walmart and Price Chopper.

We have 5 beautiful cats that are looking for their furever homes! What greater gift than the love of a cat? Contact the Sanctuary if you would be interested is providing a loving home to Momma Mocha, Ash, Ginger, Mystery or May.

Two dogs looking to be rehomed, preferably separate.

4 months old. Both mostly potty trained. Accidents occur if left out too long without letting them outside. They are both kennel trained. Both do good on leads. They’ve been around children and other dogs with no issues. They don’t harm cats but want to play not realizing how big they are. Both cuddle and know simple commands. They’d be better off separated as there has been signs of littermate syndrome.

Every day in America, thousands of unwanted cats and dogs are surrendered to shelters. Some don't even make it to the safety of a shelter.
So many rescues are overloaded, but everyday they do the best they can to squeeze in one more animal and desperately try to find a foster or furever home.
There are many ways you can help shelters, rescues and Sanctuary's. Donating items, time, funds, spay/neutering your animals and educating others about animal welfare.
Please share this post and other rescue posts, so we can help our furry friends find new homes and never feel unwanted again.

JJ - How it started - how it's going.
JJ has been at the Sanctuary waiting for his furever home or foster home for over a year now. As you can see, he was a baby when he joined us. Now he's a big baby!
We really hope he doesn't have to spend any more time than he should with us, but for now he keeps us laughing and keeps us busy!
Adopt, foster, or volunteer, you can help JJ in many ways. 💜🧡
