We provide educational days with our rescued reptiles

, farm days to brighten up residents in nursing homes. We travel all over PA, NY, Nj, Ohio to rescue animals in need. We also help to transport rescues to other rescue facilities, or new homes.

Hey everyone! I’m Boda. I just wanted to say Thank you to those of you who donated money for my care. My humans still owe $1000 for my hospital stay. I know they would really appreciate any help they can get to pay off their bill to help me. Any monetary donations can be made to Zelle, PayPal , or Cash App and they will apply it towards their bill.
I also have another thought ….. because my humans have spent so much money on us rescues, I know they could really use help with scented clumping cat litter so we all have a clean place to potty.
They have an Amazon and a Chewy wishlist for stuff for us critters.
I really appreciate all of your support, and I know my humans do too.

By the way, I’m feeling much better. My humans say I have less blood in my urine tonight. So that sounds like a good deal.
I am so happy to be home, that I can’t get enough cuddles, hugs and kisses from my humans 💕😻🐾.
Thank you for all of your support. I know my humans really appreciate you, and so do all of us who live here at the rescue.

Boda came home tonight. He’s doing really good. Urine is still a little pink. He loves the science diet urinary cat food. He’s full of hug, snuggles and loud purrs. Thank you to all who donated toward his bill. We still owe $1000 for his care. That has been charged to our care credit in order to bring him home. Donations are still greatly appreciated to pay off his bill. I am also still paying on Hope and Chucks bill. We have exhausted our emergency reserves at this point, until the care credit is paid down. We are praying this doesn’t happen again to Boda. 🐾😻💕

UPDATE: thank you for the continued donations for Boda’s bill.
We appreciate you!!
The urinary catheter was removed a little bit ago. There is a lot of sediment still in the bag. If he urinates on his own he can come home today…. If we can agree on a pick up time because we work. We can’t just leave work to pick him up, take him home and drop him off. It isn’t that easy. The vet seems to think that we should be able to do this AND THEN run back home to check on him to make sure he’s urinating. Sure. Yea. Ok.
But anyway…. He might have to stay until morning until we can pick him up IF he’s urinating on his own.

EDIT: Boda’s bill is now $1170 after a few more donations came in. Thank you !!
Any amount of a donation is greatly appreciated !! Every little bit really does help.

💕Thank you for those who donated toward Boda’s bill. We received $200 in donations. His bill is $1290 after the donations. Unfortunately he will be staying another night since his urine is still light pink with blood. Tomorrow morning’s plan is to remove the catheter and observe to make sure he can urinate on his own. If all goes well he can come home with us tomorrow after we get off work. Keep sending positive thoughts/prayers for sweet Boda. 🐾🐾
😻He is eating more on his own.
👉Please consider making a donation to help with Boda’s care. We need to make sure we have the resources available in case he were to need to be seen again with urinary complications.
This bill is going to wipe us out. 😣
👉You can call Sunbury animal hospital and donate directly to Boda’s bill under Soft Landing Animal Rescue for Boda. Any amount is greatly appreciated!!

After we visited Boda, we met two very helpful ladies to catch this chicken. Once secure, she was quite friendly. We found her a safe home with a bunch of other hens where she will be well taken care of. I’m glad we were able to bring some entertainment to the flag lady controlling traffic on front street. 🤣😂
