We are open from 7:30am until the last dog is picked up or no later than 4:00pm. Please feel free to leave a message after hours, we will contact you the next business day. Our grooming team is not commission based. Our team works for the best interest of your pet. If your pet requires more care because it is elderly or has other issues, care is taken to meet their individual needs, even if it req

uires more than one groomer or additional time. Our grooming prices are inclusive unless your pets coat is extremely knotted (matted). We hand wash, rinse and hand dry each pet. We do not use a hydro surge system, which uses recycled high speed dirty water. These are driven by an electric motor sitting in the tub relying on a GFI to keep your pet safe. Many dogs fear high water pressure, especially around their face. There is nothing like an old fashioned hand washing. Our number one concern is always the best interest of your pet. We frown upon groomers who speedily push your pet through its grooming because they are paid per dog. The owner, Kat Brooks, is a Certified Master Groomer with the National Dog Groomer Association of America and has been grooming both show dogs and pets for over 40 years.
