Our first Leash Etiqutte 6 week course just came to an end! What an amazing class. Owners all came in frustrated at their lack of control on the leash and left with much improved leash manners!🎉👏🐕

We focused on:
-Getting engagment through both freeshaping & on cue.
-The foundations of heel work.
-Took a nature walk & did recalls in A Dog's Way Inn 3 acre dogpark. 🏞️🐾🌳
-Walked & recalled passed plates of wet dog. food while bombroofing "leave-its". 🍖🦴
-Worked on direction change cues around distractions.
-Tested with carrying a full bowl of water while weaving while dog stays in focused heel and the egg on a spoon challenge was so fun to see the pups succeed in! 🥚🥄🏆
- We even got to challenge them this last 2 weeks with doing some fun rally work! 🏅🐕‍🦺
-2 pups left with their Canine Good Citizen Certification! 💯✅🐕
What a successful class and truley amazing dogs/handlers! ❤️🐾

Pretty girl Maybelle is excelling at everything her devoted mother does with her. Between AKC scent training, group classes and dipping her toes in rally...she just trialed for dock diving for fun and couldn't believe she got 1st place! So proud of this pretty girl!

The devotion, trust and bond building that these fun activities can accomplish is simply amazing.
