My son recently pulled the last garlic bulb from this round, and it's a stunning specimen. The cloves are enormous. Homegrown organic food is certainly a delight.

Harvested some of our Oregano to raw dehydrate and stock the shaker! The smell is overwhelmingly strong and fresh...not like at the store! Goes well on our homemade sourdough garlic bread! Yup. Treat yourself ...grow yourself!

We have been trying a rotation of bucket grown potatoes. We pulled this set too early but it is still quite the score after a few weeks! We used to grow in the garden beds and would end up with rogue potatoes taking over other grows. Cool but not cool. It's all one big experiment I keep telling my boys. We keep eating and digging while we learn! The food, the memories and the experiments I get to share with my family are why I chose to do what I do. We are blessed!

The weather has me missing market this morning. Rain and wind at my house and freezing temps is keeping me from showing at the farmers market today. Call me to arrange for greens pick up or delivery.
