But I wouldnā€™t have it any other way. This trust was hard earned and I love this lil nugget šŸ„°šŸ„°

Letā€™s chat about dog body languageā€¦. Specifically little doodle boy Coco!
QUESTION: What do you think heā€™s feeling and expressing with all that barking?

ANSWER :
Coco is a puppy who does struggle with anxiety, insecurity and often vocalizes for those reasons. His ā€œhappy play/barkā€ is deeper and not as intense in frequency. The reason im not helpinghim is that
1) I know hes in no harm
2) he doesnt fully ask for help (come & sit at my feet which hes done before) because being that close to me ramps him up even more.
3) Nor does he jump on a platform or up the stairs to the door. Those are both things I teach all dogs mean ā€œno more playā€ as they are learning how to stop behavior on their own by changing their body language .

Youā€™ll see Roo cultivatingthe behaviors that are acceptable and often hear me praise him to reading the situation correctly and using the only amount of ā€œgo away and stop thatā€ needed in each instance.
We never be as good as reading another dog as another Is to one another and itā€™s always so much fun to watch!
I used to go to a dog park with one of my dogs and just sit ourside to watch the conversations and talk to the owners about their dogs.
I love being able to help facilitate more clear conversations between our dogs to other dogs as well as our dogs to us and us to them.
Well I guess this post turned into a not of an educational post and a bit about my passion for my career.
