‼️Updated cancellation policy/ no show ‼️
We require a full 24 hour cancellation prior to the scheduled appointment time. We do charge 100% of the scheduled service after 24 hours if canceled. We will call you to confirm your appointment time 48 hours in advance to get the appointment confirmed. If the appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours prior to your appointment and we cannot get ahold of you to confirm, we will cancel the appointment and charge 100% of the service scheduled. This also is the case for no show day of appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
With summer being a busy season for all we thought it would be a good time to refresh our cancellation/ no show policy. At Moody Mutts we pride ourselves on giving each animal in our care the time and attention they deserve. This being said our schedules accommodated to each pets needs to optimize the quality of haircut while keeping a relaxing environment. We understand that life happens and things pop-up unexpectedly, but when late cancellation/ late arrivals or no show happen it effect more than just one day for us. It affects our clients time that they are allocated in our schedules, and in the owners schedule. We have a lot of clients who work us into their busy lives and when we are running behind that puts them behind and we want to reduce the amount of stress that can be controlled in these situations. It also affects each groomer as this is how we are able to provide for our families and lives as a whole. We send out 48, 24, and 2 hour text messages for your convenience. Please take time to read those messages and confirm your appointment, and of course feel free to get ahold of us if something needs to change. The more time in advance we can get from you about changes, the easier it is to make those changes in our schedule to accommodate a better time for your appointment.
