For all my Friday classes - here's is the pasta recipe we used. Feel free to recreate it at home and tag us in your photo. We're excited to see you take this recipe and make it your own!

🍝 Homemade Pasta & Fresh Tomato Sauce Recipe! 🍅

Serving for 1 person:

100g 00 Flour
1 egg
Planning a family pasta night?
Simply multiply the ingredients (e.g., 400g 00 Flour and 4-6 eggs for a group!)

Fresh Tomato Sauce:

7 lbs Roma Tomatoes (peeled)
6 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/4 cup Fresh Basil
1/4 cup Fresh Thyme
1/4 cup Fresh Oregano
1 tablespoon Sea Salt
1 Shallot; small diced

Instructions:
Sauté the garlic and shallot in a bit of olive oil. Add the peeled tomatoes and herbs. Simmer for a while, then blend until smooth. Perfect for coating your fresh pasta!

Vegetable Mix (Sautéed):
Edamame beans, Red Onion, Broccoli, Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, Orange Bell Pepper

Sauté with olive oil, sea salt, thyme, and oregano until tender and fragrant.

Enjoy the delicious taste of homemade pasta with fresh, flavorful sauce! Buon appetito! 🍽️✨
