‼️‼️THIS PUP WAS FOUND ON LEDGEDALE ROAD IN LAKE ARIEL ‼️‼️

He was standing in the middle of Ledgedale Road near Sterling Shore Road, no collar. Around 6:35pm. Does anyone know who he belongs to? He’s super friendly!!
