Jamie and I are still smiling thinking about how much support showed up for K9 Freedom Pathways. We are just so thankful for every person who supported us, believed in our vision, and helped make this first year so special.

🐾 THANK YOU for making our first Pet Palooza such an amazing day!

We could not have asked for a better first event. Thank you to everyone who came out, ran or walked Fletcher’s 5K, supported our vendors, donated, volunteered, sponsored, and showed up for the dogs.

We are so grateful for this community and already so excited for next year.

Pet Palooza is tomorrow! 🐾

We’ve put together a few important details to help everyone have a safe, fun day with us.

Please use 254 Carbondale Road, Waymart, PA for GPS, since Kennedy’s Grove may not come up correctly.

Dogs are welcome, but please leave retractable leashes, reactive dogs, and dogs who would feel uncomfortable in a busy event setting at home. We want the day to be safe and comfortable for every dog attending. 💚

We’ll also have more than 40 basket raffles and giveaways, including awesome jerky treats courtesy of Happy Howie's Natural Dog Treats!

Pet Palooza is free to attend, and every person who joins us helps support the dogs of K9 Freedom Pathways.

Bring your friends, come spend the day with us, and please share this post so everyone knows before they go!

🐾 WHO PET PALOOZA HELPS: ROCKY 🐾

Rocky is one of the dogs Pet Palooza helps support, and he is now available for adoption.

He came to us from Blue Chip Farm Animal Refuge needing time, training, care, and people able to help him become ready for the right home.

That is exactly what events like Pet Palooza make possible.

Rocky’s adoption fee has also been fully sponsored for his future family. 💚

Every raffle ticket, purchase, and donation helps us keep showing up for dogs like Rocky until they are ready for their next chapter.

Come spend the day with us tomorrow and help us keep doing this work.

Pet Palooza is almost here! 🐾

Come spend the day with us this Saturday, June 6 at Kennedy’s Grove in Waymart for a full day supporting K9 Freedom Pathways.

We’ll have Fletcher’s 5K, vendors, food, a beer tent, basket raffles, giveaways, free Dog First Aid classes, and Cornbread’s Co****le Tournament.

The best part? It’s free to attend and dogs are welcome. 💚

Every person who shows up, shares the event, buys raffle tickets, supports our vendors, or joins an activity helps us continue providing training, care, and support for dogs who need the right next step.

She came to K9 Freedom Pathways from our partners at Blue Chip Farm Animal Refuge after more than two years of waiting.

Zoe is sweet, loyal, playful, and deeply loving. She’s also the kind of dog who needs the right fit, not just any home.

Pet Palooza helps us keep showing up for dogs like Zoe - dogs who need training, care, time, and the right forever home.

Zoe is available for adoption.

🩺 FREE DOG FIRST AID CLASSES AT PET PALOOZA 🐾

Dog owners, this one is for you!

We’ll have free Dog First Aid Classes under the pavilion during Pet Palooza on Saturday, June 6.

Class times:
🩺 10:30 AM
🩺 2:30 PM

Classes will cover important emergency topics including CPR, the Heimlich maneuver, and heat stroke.

It’s a great opportunity for dog owners, families, and anyone who loves dogs to learn information that could make a real difference when it matters most.

Some dogs wait longer than they should. Mia is one of them. 💚

She has been with K9 Freedom Pathways since last July. She is sweet, fun, beautiful, and available for adoption.

Dogs like Mia are why Pet Palooza matters. This event helps us keep providing for the dogs who are still waiting, still learning, still healing, and still deserving of their chance.

Fletcher was never a bad dog.

Our rescue partner, Blue Chip Farm Animal Refuge, saw a scared dog who needed more than they could provide in a shelter setting. They cared for him, did their best for him, and got him to us so he could receive the specialized help he needed.

Fletcher needed more than someone willing to feel sorry for him. He needed patience, understanding, proper training, and the space to slowly show us who he really was.

And he did.

Underneath all of that fear was a funny, loving, incredibly special dog who deserved the chance to become himself.

That is why Fletcher’s 5K Run/Walk means so much to us. His name now helps support the dogs coming after him, and the rescue partnerships that make second chances like his possible. 💚
