It seems I have to go back to old ways of doing things! If you cancel within 48 hours you will not get a full refund! I've had 2 cancelations and I get things happen but this isn't fair to my family or my other clients. They have to find someone else for thier pets because you booked first to turn around and cancel same day. Or my bills that I pay to know not have been paid as the service spots were booked and now they are not. I'm not to happy and this rule will be back in my place!
