If you wish to see a specific cat, dog, or rabbit please email [email protected]. All animals do not attend every adoption event because they are in foster homes and we must arrange for their transportation to either the PAWS Center or the Greenfield PetSmart for an adoption event. 🐾🎃 No tricks, just the treat of a NEW HOME! 🏡❤️

What a wonderful month of happy endings and fresh beginnings for these sweet rescue animals! We celebrated 15 adoptions in the month of October and are so grateful to the families who opened their hearts and homes to an animal in need. 🐶🐱

A HUGE thank you to everyone who shared our animals, attended our adoption events, and helped spread the word. And, of course, to our dedicated P.A.W.S. volunteers who worked so hard to make these events possible! ❤️🐾

It truly takes a village to make these happy tails happen. Thank you for being part of ours! 💕

🐾💗 SWEET STORY SUNDAY! 💗🐾

Sometimes, the sweetest additions to a family come with four paws and a purr! 🐱💕

Christina first spotted Penny and Kinley online and knew she wanted to meet them. The following week, she visited a P.A.W.S. Hancock adoption event at PetSmart, and it didn’t take long for these two sweet girls to steal her heart! The rest, as they say, is history. 🏡❤️

Now two years old, Penny and Kinley have been part of Christina’s family for just over a year. Though they were a little timid at first, they quickly settled into their new home. Today, they happily snuggle up with their family, climb all over them, and soak up all the love and affection they can get! 😻

Penny and Kinley arrived just a few months after Christina lost her grandmother, bringing love and companionship during a particularly difficult time. These two precious kitties have made a wonderful difference in Christina’s life and mental well-being, proving that sometimes, the ones we rescue end up giving us just as much love in return. 💗🐾

Looking for a cat with personality, charm, and a little sass? Waverly is your girl! 😻💕 This playful, curious sweetheart loves following her humans around for pets, attention, and plenty of admiration!

💔 Waverly is another one of P.A.W.S.’s longest residents, and she’s still waiting for someone to choose her!

When she’s extra happy, Waverly sometimes gives gentle little love bites. Because of her enthusiastic affection, she’d do best in a home without very young children. 🐾 She may be cautious with new feline friends, but with time and patience, she can learn to coexist. Beneath that sassy exterior is an affectionate snuggle bug who loves curling up with her favorite people! 🖤

Charm is one of P.A.W.S.’s longest residents, and this gorgeous girl is so ready for her happily ever after! 🥹🖤 She’s playful, smart, and full of personality. She loves catnip pouches, spring toys, laser pointers, and even playing fetch! 😻

Charm adores kittens and could make a wonderful foster “auntie,” too! She knows what she likes and prefers affection on her terms. She’d do best in an adult-only home or one with older, cat-savvy kids, without dogs. 👑🐾

🩷🐾 Sweet Story Sunday! Happy Tails to Maya!

When Maya first came into Maria’s life, she was a tiny 2-month-old Shepsky named Nadia, being fostered by Maria’s daughter-in-law.

During a visit, Maria’s husband, who was recovering from a stroke, held the puppy, and Nadia quickly fell asleep in his arms. When it was time for her to leave, he asked, “Why are you taking her away from me? I want her to stay.” Maria soon learned she was available for adoption and knew Maya belonged with their family. 🥹

Now 10 months old, Maya is playful, affectionate, and full of personality. She loves long walks, car rides, meeting new people, and playing with the family’s three dogs and cats. She has learned lots of tricks and even has a funny way of asking for food, resting her chin on Maria’s lap and making a soft little sound until she gets a taste. Her favorite treat? Vanilla ice cream! 🍦🤭

Maria and her family spent time teaching Maya commands and establishing a daily routine, and their patience has paid off. Maya is happy, well-adjusted, and deeply loved. 💜 Maria says Maya has brought her love, joy, and a new sense of purpose. For Maya, adoption meant finding the family she was meant to have, and a place to call home. We are so happy they found each other! Happy tails Maria and Maya! 🐾
