Our pretty Kimber girl is retired. 🎉 She was spayed yesterday. She has to take it easy for a couple of weeks, and then she’s going to try out some sports. She was still a little loopy when she came home from the vet yesterday but she’s feeling much better today. She got to have extra bites of dad’s breakfast this morning to make up for not getting breakfast before surgery yesterday. And she and Mocha both think I’m super mean for not allowing the morning wrestling match. It’s going to be a long two weeks of trying to keep her still!

Oh no! Poor miss Mocha tried to taste a spicy sky raisin, and the raisin won! Poor girl looks like a cartoon on one side of her face. She’s still smiling and happy and giving lots of kisses, so she will be ok. We just won’t tell her she looks funny. 🤐 🐝

Some really interesting info about nail trimming. Hiccup and Mocha don’t really care much and let me trim their nails easily, but Kimber really doesn’t like it at all.

Kimber doesn’t usually do frog legs but tonight she was pretty intent on going after her chew toy, so she didn’t care much where those back legs went.

Went for a little pre-trick-or-treaters hike in the desert. The girls love getting to run those long legs, and Hiccup is just happy to trot right along and mark on everything. They all wore themselves out and slept all the way home.
