Farm Sale, Tuesday April 22nd. 2pm - 4pm.

2765 Baecker Rd, off FM 622 3 miles past Schroeder Hall going towards Goliad.

No limit on strawberries, should have around 35-40 cartons.

This is going to be a short sale with only strawberries, canned goods, some eggs, and plants available. Our spring crops are not producing yet, and the green beans we did have are playing out. More produce will be coming soon, though.

Finally got a few cull berries! Time for some fresh strawberry jam!

Farm Sale, Saturday, April 19th. 9am - 12pm. Note: Closing at 12pm, not 1pm as usual.

2765 Baecker Rd, off FM 622 about 3 miles past Schroeder Hall on the Goliad side.

Baked goods: Sourdough bread, cinnamon rolls (with and without pecans).

Produce: Strawberries and green beans (limit of 2 bags on beans). I'm checking to see if there's anything else I can harvest - if so, I'll update.

Canned goods: Picante (fresh batch of medium), pickled beets, relishes, pickled okra, pickled hot carrots, sweet pickles, zesty bread and butter pickles, jams and jellies.

Also, eggs, plants and spices.

No baked goods for today's market. Carrots, lettuce blend, beet greens (tops), and probably a few other items. Also, jams, jellies, picante, pickled okra, pickled beets, and a few varieties of pickles.

Produce: Carrots, lettuce blend, beet greens (the tops of beets), green onions. Plus anything else I might find that's ready.

Canned goods: Jams, jellies, picante, pickle relish, pickled okra, and a limited selection of pickles.

Baked goods: Baked goods will be limited this week - Michele baked enough to fill orders, so there are only a few loaves of sourdough bread remaining, and no cinnamon rolls. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but she's busy with a family matter.

Produce: Lettuce blend, spinach, carrots, and green onions. If I can add to the selection, I will.

Canned goods: Picante, pickled okra, pickles (selection is limited), jams, jellies, and various spices.

I will be baking cinnamon rolls with pecans and without for Saturday morning pickup. I am taking preorders this week, but will also bake a few extra for our Saturday Morning Farm Sale. If you would like to place an order this week to guarantee your rolls, please message me.
Other items available for order are sourdough, classic white, oatmeal, and potato breads.

Baked goods: Sourdough bread, jalapeno cheddar sourdough bread, and cinnamon rolls with pecans.

Produce: Lots of salad stuff this week! Lettuce blend, spinach, and salad blend (lettuce, spinach, kale), green onions, some collard greens, carrots, the last of the broccoli florets, and a little kale. The winter veggies are on their way out, get them while they're available!

Canned goods: We made a fresh batch of mild picante this week, and have hot also. Pickle relishes, pickled okra, pickles (low on stock), jams and jellies.

Plants: Various succulents available, different sizes. Prices start at $3.

Produce: This will be the last week for cauliflower, and possibly broccoli as well. We'll be taking those out and planting warm weather crops. No carrots this week, what's out there is too small.
