We have a few ~12 pound hams available. They smoke up really well! Hams are antibiotic, preservative, and vaccine free. Normal price is $10/pound; selling these hams for $80 each.

Organic sourdough starters available for purchase. Take your baking to the next level! You can continue to “feed” your soughdough to maintain your own (to make authentic sourdough bread), or you can use the sourdough starter as “discard” for baking (for pretty much every other recipe!). Our Thanksgiving favorite is sourdough sausage balls using sourdough, fresh milled ancient grains, and farm raised pork sausage.  $6 per glass pint
