After only 10 show days Goober is the #7 border collie in breed standings and #7 in owner handled for the year! 👏 🎊

So proud of Nate J&S- Winsong's Stand By Me

He came back home for a month of bootcamp and a month of showing. He won winners dog 10 out of the 12 show days (reserve the other days) as well as some best of winners and a couple best of opposites. He really gained confidence along the way and I am excited to show him again in the future. Alton has done a wonderful job raising such a well mannered boy.

Goober just won the border collie specialty in KY! Huge thank you to Rebecca Clas Kirzner for piloting him to such a huge win. And to Scarlett for bringing him so far away to show him off! He is conditioned beautifully and you have done an amazing job with our goofy Goob!

Back to back show weekends for us! Despite head colds and random fevers every day goals were met and ribbons were won! I'll do a more professional post later (maybe 🙃) but I am so proud of Carson for showing his girl Clover, Thunder for being a brave puppy everyday showing his little butt off, Goober for being in the ribbons every day he showed, and Nate for doing his first 2 shows and collecting 6 points toward his championship. Time to unload, cleanup, and prepare for the school/work week.

Dog show day one (yesterday) was a huge success!
⛈️ Thunder ⛈️ (Diana's puppy) had his debut in bpup and secured BOB and a group 2
Carson and 🍀 Clover 🍀 won their Novice Jr. class and got to move up to open Jr!
💪Nate 💪 (Alton's dog) got winner's dog for his first point.
🥜Goober🥜 BOS and OHBOB as well as an owner handled group 2
