🦃 A Thanksgiving Love Letter to Our Community 🦃🧡

Today, as the sun rises and our staff quietly steps into the shelter to care for the animals who depend on us, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude.

This week has shown us—once again—the incredible strength of our community.
You don’t just see what we do…
You stand beside us.
You cheer when our animals find homes.
You share their stories.
You donate.
You foster.
You volunteer.
You show up in ways that change lives every single day.

Every adoption we celebrated this week wasn’t just a happy ending.
It was a miracle.
It was hope.
It was one more animal spending Thanksgiving in a home instead of a kennel.

Every volunteer who walked through our doors today so our staff could get home to their families a little earlier…
every foster who said “yes”…
every donor who gave what they could…
you didn’t just help us.
You reminded us that we are never alone in this work.

This shelter isn’t just a building.
It’s a family.
A family made of adopters, fosters, dog walkers, kitten cuddlers, donors, cheerleaders, neighbors, and strangers who choose kindness again and again.
A family made of YOU.

Our Francis boy is a little bewildered as he has sat and watched all his brothers get loving homes and he has gotten over looked. We too are shocked as he is so calm and smart and loving! This boy trots along wonderfully on a leash at the age of 4.5 months old. He knows what a dog door is used for, he can sit on command, and he has wonderful dog social skills. And being away from his litter mates he can entertain himself with out freaking out because he is alone. What great skill sets for a young pup right?!?!! Help us get this amazing young gentleman in a wonderful Home for the Holidays!

Cuteness ⚠️. Paris and London are 2 adorable Sh*tzu Husky mix puppies. Yes that's what we said lol. Sh*tsky? Bahahaha. What ever they are called they are adorable mutts! We are thinking a nice medium size dog with a great personality!! They have been with us for several weeks and we have been molding them into great family dogs already. If you are interested please come in and fill out an application!

Suzie the smile queen! This girl is nonstop tail wags and happy prancing. If you are looking for a mature large girl (60lbs) who will keep you smiling and entertaining Suzy is your girl!!! She is asking for a family with no small pets nor farm animals. She is great with kids!
