We are a small hobby kennel located on the Southwest Oregon coast. We are seeking to educate the public about these wonderful dogs, communicate with other Kai Ken owners and finally to sell puppies to approved homes on an occasional basis. Our pups are raised in a home environment with careful handling and socialization. We feed our dogs high quality select grains kibble, and home cooked food with

appropriate supplements. Our adult dogs work as reading assistance canines in the local school. We are 4-H volunteers and run a dog club with our local chapter. Interested parties can contact me for a puppy application. email [email protected].

Turn offs for breeders: Asking price first off. Big turn off. Demanding a special color. Being in a hurry. Asking if I have any puppies without an introduction. Turn ons: A proper introduction with a few questions. Who are you? Why you are interested in my breed. Prior experience. Asking about my breeding plans. Health testing. What do I do with my dogs. I literally spend hours working with people to educate them about this breed. Please be courteous.

I will be breeding Reiko in winter. She is temperment and health tested. A registered ATD therapy dog, So far, everyone wants male puppies. I will not breed her if I don't make provisions for female pups. Preference for working or show homes. PM for more information.
