Wanted to add to a previous post about our slight price increase for the new year.

With the new price increase grooms will be all inclusive meaning every groom will include teeth,glands and dremel if needed.

Salon Policy Updates Reminder.
Effective January 1st.

* "No call, no show" policy: a 50% deposit of the missed appointment will be required to rebook.

* A 48-hour notice is preferred for cancellations or rescheduling, allowing sufficient time to fill the appointment spot. However, exceptions will be made for emergencies.

* Please note that services may be refused if you arrive 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. A $20 late fee will be applied to appointments started more than 10 minutes late.

* Pets must be picked up within an hour of completion, unless prior arrangements have been made.

* Due to rising operational costs, a slight price increase will be implemented, EFFECTIVE January 1st.
