Baltimore Critter Society Baltimore Critter Society is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, & adoption of reptiles and small mammals.

The Baltimore Critter Society is 100% volunteer run, dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption of abandoned, homeless, and owner surrendered reptiles, amphibians, and small mammals. We offer boarding for alike animals (if we have room) and we also do parties/events for a small fee. That fee goes towards the rehabilitation of our animals in rescue.

The state of Maryland is trying to ban the ownership of native and non native reptiles. That includes bearded dragons and ball pythons. We need to make our voices heard. Start emailing the governor, DNR, senators, congressmen, whoever you can think of. DNR said they are following the science.

Our girl Sprite(now Dreamcicle) made her debut. I have personally visited and volunteered for a day at Infinity Acres Ranch, if you are in the area you have to check them out. They have so many different animals you will be amazed.

Baltimore Critter Society is beyond capacity. We have some scheduled to come in today that were left after an eviction. We cannot take anymore animals until we get adoptions. If you are interested in adopting please go to our website and checkout our animals or we will be at the Marley Station Mall Saturday and Sunday this weekend with adoptable animals. We thank everyone for their support through the last 7 months we have been open.

We are reaching out again for Foster homes. We need people that can take lizards, snakes and small animals. If you are interested please go to our website and fill out a Foster application. We do background checks on all of our volunteers and fosters. It's a plus if you have supplies but we do have some things to lend out. We really need people who can take animals that need a forty gallon or bigger.
