Notes from the grooming table of the humbling time: sometimes when dogs or cats come in for their grooming, we are in a bit of a hurry to check them in, which is a flaw on our behalf. We don’t always see if they have something pre-existing. Sometimes , it can be hard to look over the animals completely when we finish with the groom, again sometimes things get missed as we are all human. So I asked you all to please let us know if something is pre-existing, as well as double check our work! If you see something that doesn’t look quite right or you’re not quite happy with, PLEASE let us know right away so we can make it right because it might be something we have overlooked and not realized it. We are a humanity over vanity Shop so we want every animal to be comfortable, as happy and as healthy as possible when they leave. But we also want our customer as happy with our work as they can be. In saying this when I have made a mistake, I own it. One of my favorite dogs was in the other day. And I had apparently cut her without realizing it. Her owners reached out to me to let me know - and FORTUNATELY , it was very minor, but I felt terrible all the same not knowing I had done it. That is not what my Shop is about, we want every dog /cat to have the best experience every time. Thanks for your loyalty past, present and future 🥰
