Hanlon and his wife, Diane S. Hanlon purchased the veterinary hospital in 1993 and grew the hospital centered on their core values. Gilbertsville Veterinary Hospital has been providing exceptional veterinary care

for the residents of Gilbertsville and surrounding communities. The hospital has a team of professionals that love what they do and challenge themselves daily to provide the best quality veterinary care for your pet(s). The hospital uses the latest advances in the veterinary industry with full body and dental digital radiology, ultrasound, the latest surgery monitoring equipment, in-house laboratory as well as maintaining the hospitals AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) accreditation. Through our teams advanced training, we deliver our services with great care, respect and compassion for you and your pet. Prevention is key; treatments are costly and can affect your pet's quality of life. Get in touch if you have any questions or need prevention!

On and in continuation of National Immunization Awareness Month, we’d like to remind animal owners to protect against mosquito-borne illnesses, such as heartworm disease, West Nile Virus, and others, by keeping their animals up to date on vaccinations and using preventative medications.

We are excited to have Victoria here this week shadowing our doctors. You may remember her from when she worked at GVH as a Certified Veterinary Technician for several years. She is now pursuing her dream of becoming a veterinarian and is attending The University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine. Always glad to help the future of our profession, and especially when they are one of our own!
