Rhiannon's Pet Sitting Hi! I'm hoping that by creating this page, this will get the word around town about my pet sitting s I'm Rhiannon, I'm married and a mom of three kids. Thank you!

I have found it hard to find a job that works around the kids school schedule and a husband who has odd hours at work. Pet sitting fits right in. I love all kinds of animals, it's flexible and I can bring my kids with me. I've been pet sitting for quite a few years now, I have taken care of dogs, cats, chickens, hamster, horses, pigs, rabbits, a hedgehog, a bearded dragon,birds,cows,goats,sheep a

nd a few donkeys. I have also had pets of my own, I have had dogs and cats. My kids love to come help me out if they are allowed to. My daughter's were in 4H for a few years, they use to show goats at the fair, they know how to milk goats. Eventually I'd like to get into more farm sitting, I'd love to work with cows. I am an honest and reliable person. I'm available almost all the time. I pet sit at the person's house, I feel that animals are more comfortable in their own surroundings. I travel to Northern Dutchess County (Rhinebeck, Red Hook, Tivoli, Milan, Barrytown) and Southern Columbia County (Livingston, Germantown, Clermont, Elizaville) I have affordable prices and great references. Sammy and the “turkey” 😁 Sammy is so sweet and cute, he likes to hide but lets me know even though I can’t see him, he’s still there when he meows. I do spot him though here and there running into the next room. I wish he’d come out more but I understand his boundaries and I respect them/him.

Hi! I am finally back. I hadn’t been able to sign in or post anything on here, thankfully someone from fb helped me and now it’s all good! It’s been a while! Here’s an update, I am still pet sitting. I do what I can when I’m available. When I’m not pet sitting, I take care of my grandson and happy to say I have two more on the way! I have to says it’s been tough with pet sitting, when I first started out, I was maybe like one of three or four pet sitters around but now there are many more around, pet sitting has become a side job for others. It’s good in a way, at least people have a lot of options to choose from. In another way, from my perspective, I feel like it’s hard competition and pet sitting is my main job. If I don’t have pet sitting then I don’t have anything. I’ve started to look at other options but there’s nothing that beats what I do. I love animals and I get to kind of form my own schedule and meet and take care of all different kinds of animals. The animals I take care of become part of my life and are like family to me. I just want to say that I am very thankful for all of my loyal and long time clients who have stuck with me through everything like when Covid hit. I am also thankful for some recent new clients as well! As I said above, I am still pet sitting when I am available, please feel free to reach out via fb or text or call me.
