Mastering Leash Walking is a mini-version of Mastering the Focused Heel for dogs 6 months and older. We start by teaching dogs through body language, without words or treats, so they learn to follow our lead naturally. This way, they master walking in a perfect heel for busy events or places, as well as walking on a loose leash ahead on a 6-foot or 15-foot leash while still checking in with you.

Like kids, dogs need proper leadership to thrive. I’m not training robots, and I wouldn’t want to. Dogs can still be themselves while following your lead for safe, happy adventures. Later, we’ll add words and treats, but without overloading them with a language they don’t understand or bribing them to obey.
The class meets every Saturday for 1 hour over 5 weeks, costs $185, and includes a three-ring binder with all class information plus weekly emails with demonstration videos. To learn more or sign up, text or call 309-351-1025.
This class will focus on getting your dog awesome on leash for walks & on teaching them to focus on you and follow your lead.

Puppy Training Class, anyone?

I am doing a 6 week, AKC S.T.A.R puppy class (5 months and under) on Saturdays at 2pm-3pm for $200 per dog and it would start on Saturday, August 22nd at 2pm. I need 4 to have class but will only be 5 total in this class.
Itinerary below (in comments section).
When signing up, you must pay a $75 (non-refundable) deposit, which will come off the $200 for class. This is to hold your spot due to the popularity of the class and also prevent last minute drop outs.
