Hot weather can be dangerous for our furry friends! Pets can suffer from heat stroke quickly, especially during summer walks or outdoor play.

Signs of heat stroke include excessive panting, drooling, vomiting, weakness, or collapse. If you notice these symptoms, move your pet to a cool area, offer water, and contact us immediately.

I went to the vet for my heartworm test so I could start my monthly Credelio Quattro protection! That means I’m now protected against fleas, ticks, heartworms, and other pesky parasites that try to bug dogs like me.

My humans say staying protected helps keep me healthy, happy, and ready for all my favorite activities — like walks, treats, naps, and zoomies!

Please note that we will be CLOSED on Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day. If your pet needs any medication or food refills, please be sure to request them by Saturday so we can have them ready for you.

We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Lili!

Lili is joining us as a Veterinary Assistant and will soon be graduating from Black Hawk College to become a Certified Veterinary Technician! 🎓🩺

She brings a wealth of experience caring for dogs, cats, and exotics — and her love for animals definitely extends beyond the clinic. At home, Lili has 3 dogs, 3 cats, plus fish, frogs, and lizards!
