All of our dog are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC), and those in the U.K. are also registered on the Kennel Club’s Activity Register (until such a time as the breed is recognised there). Yondu, Legacy, Firefly, Chase, Echo, Risk & Billy were born in the USA, Marvel in the U.K., Vogue in Russia, and Prodigy, Voodoo, Quill, Dragonfly, Legend, Sequel, Spider and Detour are from our own breeding. We aim for temperament and health in order to produce well-balanced dogs that will excel in any venture. ⛳️ Introducing Mulligan - RLA’s Meant to Be⛳️

We’re so excited to welcome Mulligan to our program! Mulligan has actually been with us for 6 months - since International Mulligan Day. He is a 3 year old red merle male, standing at just 12” (30 cm)… on a good day! But he really is such a beautiful example of a dog at the smaller end of the breed.

We’ve spent the last 6 months giving Mulligan time to settle in while also training him up to begin conformation and performance. These were totally new to him, so he’s been learning all about the exciting world of working as part of a human-canine team. Last weekend he did just that - attending IABCA (he’s too short for AKC) and blowing all expectations out the park. This little man won breed each day, stood his ground in 16-strong herding groups, to then be awarded a BIS during show 3!

He very much looks like a larger dog in a small package, which is so hard to achieve. This little man was smothered in kisses by so many judges last weekend and carried around by kids despite the being his first official show weekend. We’re anxiously anticipating litters from him later this year and through 2027. We look forward to seeing what he’ll add to our program.

Thank you to his support team Lorin, Erika, Melissa, Rachel, and all our conformation and performance buddies who have made him feel so welcome over the past 6 months. This little man has been gaining tips watching our youngsters in BPUP the past 6 months (and being mistaken for an entrant) while also having a go at fastcat… he’s certainly enjoying getting up to scratch on the fun to be had in the world of dog shows!
