Hanna bit a little garter snake the other day. I rushed it to the Center for Wildlife- but they were closed. The S**o River Wildlife Center that I volunteer at told me I should spend the night with him and try again in the morning. Unfortunately, Hanna paralyzed the snake. He was lethargic, and scared. I knew any wildlife center would just euthanize him. I decided to return him to nature, where he could either pass peacefully or maybe become a meal for another critter. He mustered up enough energy to somewhat slither under the brush. Maybe magically he can shed out his injuries and live a slithery paraplegic life.

Be still my heart-

I love my job. And a few days ago I had the opportunity to meet my clients (and friends!) baby!

And see my sweet slobbery friends, Kurt and Shelby! And their friend, Max!

This is one of the many perks to being a dog walker and a petsitter. I make friends, watch families grow, and even BECOME part of the family.

I am an anxious individual, but a true extrovert at my core. I LOVE to love. I love BIG. I love to give gifts and make people laugh. I cherish being able to lean on a village of truly, the most amazing people.

Now on a less personal note (which we all know by now that I don’t mind sharing my triumphs and struggles!) But, I do have to do some self promotion at times😆

I wanted to let all of my people here know that I offer holiday discounts and situational family discounts. For example these clients received a discount a few months ago for when after the baby is born and they need my services!

Hanna is stubborn and likes to go outside and not come in, or wants to go in when I don’t 😆 Zoey does spins or burrows when she’s excited! And Hatchi, he loves his belly rubs and cleaning up after Zoey after they all eat. He also is keen on snacking on maple leaves! Wet or dry! I do let him enjoy a few, but I do cut him off😆
