Kitten update!
We have 3 girls and 2 boys.
One the girls has a possible home once old enough to get fixed.

Mom is going so well. She's become very sweet towards us. She'll be available for adoption along with the rest of the kittens once they able to get fixed.

Mom is doing amazing. Babies are fat and content.

We have babies!
If im correct we have 3 females, 2 males!

All babies are doing well!
Mommas are also doing well.

We did lose one, unsure to mom rolling on them or a still birth. However 5 babies is a lot and plenty more than we anticipated.

Homemade bell peppers and onion flakes!

Absolutely love my dehydrator, we are going to have so much yummy preserved food and spices this winter! Im so excited.

Simmer pot baggies!
Hoping to be able to start selling these soon.

!NOT EDIBLE!

This batch is made from dehydrated apples, cinnamon, and purple sage from our garden.
These are made to put on your stove in boiling /simmering water to help you house smell nice.

I have other scents as well that Im working on an orange mix, grapefruit, lemon and possibly a citrus mix. Ive been using simmer pots for years so this is a perfect lil hobby to share with ya'll.

Our cherry tomato plant is over producing.
So now we have dryed tomatoes. 🍅

Oh btw these took 3 days to air dry.🙃
(I used a dehydratator, that air dries.)

Visited a neighbor's property last week! We got to see they're amazing fruit orchard, and we have been invited to come back and help harve!

They have lots of apple plumbing, peaches, grapes, cherries, and more! One day, we'll be able to have our own little fruit orchard.

We have lots of tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, thyme, and many peppers!

Lil moth friend!
I think I'll name him MothMan.

This cute little guy is called a Smerinthus, or commonly known as western eyed Sphinx. You can find these moths in late spring to midsummer.

Once fully grown they mate and live for about 2 weeks then they die. 😕

They're harmless to people of course.

Collecting sage flowers from our huge purple sage plant! 💜

Did you know sage helps keep bugs away, like mosquitoes and flies.You can hang it up fresh or smudge (burn) it.

Smudging also helps keeps the bad spirits away, just always make sure when you smudge to leave a window or door open so the bad spirits can get out of your home. Or you may just end up pi***ng them off.
