Hello everyone, as every year we are expecting a very hot summer period and we have to anticipate so that our dogs and our groomers do not suffer from the heat in the buses. This is why from June 1st appointments with Stevie will start from 8:30 and with Isabelle from 9:00 their last appointments should be finished ideally at 3:30pm maximum. For our regular customers who work all week and who are used to booking an appointment between 3am and 4am, an alternative solution on Saturday will be proposed. Thank you all for your understanding. If you have had the experience of grooming a Welsh Terrier, you know that it is a sport, as these balls of fur are full of energy in front of the blow dryer and when it comes time to cut their nails. This is why their owners testify that their dogs are sometimes excluded from traditional salons or franchises due to lack of time to manage this very special and very endearing breed. For 3 years, Fresno pet pamper and in particular Isabelle have taken up the challenge, welcoming Levi, Piper and Zoei. Thank you to their owners for their trust.

We are delighted to have our old bus back, with a new engine, ready to take care of our dogs again, who, like their parents have been very patient during this complicated period. Thank you all for your understanding. We have no more places in December and are starting to rebook appointments the second week of January. This week is very busy for our brave groomers Isabelle and Stevie with among others Frankie, Riley, Oliver, Mia, Marshall, Gus, Arya, Nala and Hiro first time with us. See you all soon 🐶 ❤️ 🛀 🪮 ✂️ 🚌

Hello everyone, we are sure that everyone welcomes this rain, with joy, after so many hot and dry months. A little joy also on our side in a difficult period since we had to cancel or postpone several past or future appointments because of the immobilization of one of our buses in the garage. Indeed 3 days after having kept it, having analyzed the possible breakdowns and having changed many supposedly defective parts, the bus has just returned to the garage on Wednesday, and now we are finally asked to change the engine. We are very angry and while we are used to praising local businesses, we will not advertise this one. Thank you all for your patience, we will do our best to reduce your waiting time as much as possible.

Hello everyone, on the eve of Halloween 🎃 and approaching Thanksgiving 🦃 we are happy to have found pretty fabrics at Joann Fabric and Craft, which will adorn the necks of our 4-legged friends ❤️ 🐶 🐩 during these festive periods. The schedule for the month of November being full, we are starting to make appointments for the month of December. Without Madeline whom we thank for these few months of collaboration and our oldest groomer Xee who will do her last two days at the beginning of November, our small but solid team, of Isabelle and Stevie, will enjoy a little break with family or friends from December 24 to 26 🎄 and then from December 31 to January 2 ⛄️ We will not be taking on any new dogs for the moment. Bane, Remy, Dale, Stella, Princess, Benji, Coco, Chomper, of course Pumpkin the French Bulldog and the Fresno pet pamper team wish you all a happy Halloween 👻 🎃

Here are some happy faces (yes Otis the English Bulldog smiles too) getting groomed or bathed this week. Bravo to our 4 scissor artists who took care of 50 dogs in Fresno, Clovis, Kerman, Madera and Fowler. Other remote towns that aren’t lucky enough to have groomers available, like Reedley or Selma, are asking us to come, and we’ll be happy to go there if there are several potential clients in need for their dogs. Hello everyone, there are only 10 days left until our rate changes which you will see on the attached flyer. We have done our best to keep our rates reasonable for our loyal customers and to welcome new customers, despite significant increases in our insurance and supply costs. Despite continued high gas prices, we are keeping mileage fees the same. Thank you all for your understanding and loyalty to Fresno Pet Pamper. Our next available appointments are the first week of October, but we welcome new requests to put them on the waiting list when happen last minute cancellations. See you all very soon
