That’s right — only 20 days until we launch our new system to better serve you and your furry companions!

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we prepare for this exciting transition. Please take note of the following important updates:

🔹 Adjusted Office Hours:
Saturday, 8/23/25 – We’ll be open 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM only.

🔹 Temporary Closure for Staff Training:
Monday, 8/25/25 – Our office will be closed until 2:00 PM for staff training.
We will be seeing appointments from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

🔹 PetDesk App Changes:
As of 8/25/25, the PetDesk app will no longer contain up-to-date information on your pets.
All reminders will temporarily be sent via text or email until our new app is available — stay tuned for more info!

🔹 Prescription Pickups:
Please allow 24 hours notice for in-office prescription pickups.

As a reminder, summer heat can be dangerous for pets, especially dogs with short snouts like Bulldogs, Pugs, and Frenchies.

Watch for signs of overheating like excessive panting or drooling, bright red gums, wobbling, or vomiting. If you notice these signs, get your pet to a cool area, offer water, and call us immediately.

Hello All! 🐾

We’re excited to share that some much-needed system upgrades are coming in August 2025! These enhancements will help us serve you more efficiently, but they will also require a few small adjustments to our current protocols.

Most importantly, starting in August, all medication and prescription food refills will require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
We kindly ask that you begin planning ahead with your pet’s refill schedule to help ensure a smooth transition.

Over the next few weeks, our reception team will begin reminding clients of this change and helping everyone get accustomed to the new process. Your understanding and cooperation mean the world to us — these updates will benefit both our staff and the families we care for.
