Turkey season 2026 is here, and we want to wish all hunters a safe and successful season!

At Lonely Pines Taxidermy, we’re now accepting:
• Full strut mounts
• Three-quarter strut mounts
•Dead mounts
• Wing & Fan mounts

To help preserve your bird in the best condition possible:
– Wrap the head in a wet paper towel and place it in a Ziploc bag and place neatly in a trash bag
- if you cannot make it out the day of harvest, if possible wrap in pantyhose to preserve the bird in the freezer
– Handle your bird carefully on the way out
– Avoid stuffing it into vest or let the bird soak in blood, as this can damage or break feathers

We’re excited to see your 2026 harvests and help turn them into lasting memories. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
